UCR CERTIFICATES Information

A Unified Carrier Registration (UCR) Certificate is an issued paper document identifying compliance with the US DOT-required UCR Registration Filing. UCR Certificate package includes an 8.5 x 11 paper certificate along with laminated credit-card sized ID cards that may be distributed to your drivers/vehicles.

• Each UCR Certificate and ID Card has a printed UCR filing confirmation number issued by the US DOT and unique to your company. This ID number can be used as proof of compliance with the UCR mandate.
