What is FMCSA CLEARINGHOUSE REGISTRATION?
The Clearinghouse is a secure online database that will give employers, the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA), State Driver Licensing Agencies (SDLAs), and State law enforcement personnel real-time information about commercial driver’s license (CDL) and commercial learner’s permit (CLP) holders’ drug and alcohol program violations.
Fill out the application to Register in Clearinghouse Portal or click Conduct Queries if you have already registered and have access to the portal and would like to conduct a query on a new hire (new driver) in the Clearinghouse.ALL APPLICATIONS ON THIS WEBSITE ARE PROCESSED BY THE FEDERAL APPLICATIONS PROCESSOR INC.
