MCS-150 UPDATES

Required Every 2 Years Based on DOT Number
Ipsum

Is It Time to Renew?

MCS-150 renewals are due once every two years. The renewal date (month and year) are determined by your DOT Number. The last digit indicates the month, while the one before the last indicates the year when renewals must take place.

Is This Required for Me?

Yes, the biennial update is required for every U.S. DOT Number, regardless of how long you have been in business. You can read about the official regulation, FMCSR 390.201 by clicking here. Failure to complete a Biennial Update will result in deactivation of your USDOT number and may result in civil penalties of up to $1,000 per day, not to exceed $10,000.
